Chef Lawrence Poli CEC FMP is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park NY. He has spent the majority of his career as an entrepreneur and chef owner of several different concepts in multiple states. In 2005 he evolved his 25 years of experience into the corporate arena and became Director of Food and Beverage with Great Wolf Lodge and Resorts in Virginia. Currently Chef Poli is the Director of Food and Beverage with Adventures on the Gorge in Lansing WV. He oversees the Smokey’s on the Gorge, Chetty’s Pub and Buffler’s BBQ Restaurants in addition to three other dining/bar outlets.  Chef Poli feels strongly about the farm to table movement and is evolving all six operations to embrace the buy local concept.
